All hominids are from Africa. Of course, new species branched off later. I don’t know when Neanderthals did, but they were, I believe, restricted to the icy northern hemisphere.
Considering we all came from the womb, doesn’t anyone ponder as to why most of us have to pay others in order to get heat, food, clothing and shelter?
Wouldn’t diet have also had a role in Neanderthal extinction? Inhabiting the northern hemisphere in the Ice Age they did not have the varied diet of southern hominids.
