If people hate change how come capitalism exists?
Fairly obvious I would have thought. Capitalism didn’t require a politically conscious and overwhelming majority to bring it about. Only a relatively small and sufficiently motivated minority prepared to take risks.
But that’s another story 🙂
Wherever the leftists have tried to reform capitalism, the workers have voted against them and that includes France.

People generally hate change, particularly change which is untried and untested.Which is why capitalism remains the only game in town.

Nope. It’s the only game in town because an overwhelming majority continue to support and vote for it – and will do so for the foreseeable future. Foreseeable, that is, by those alive today. And does anyone seriously give a toss about what happens after they’re dead?
It seems to me this so-called ‘socialist’ organisation is literally peppered with sexists having now been at the receiving end of patronising comments on several different occasions other than those recently meted out by the shitter-in-chief (the appropriately named Bijou Drains) and Almamater (aka Movimento Socialista).
Hardly surprising that women are almost entirely absent in this nasty little ‘party’. Paula must be a masochist.
The way I see it is: if the world socialist revolution was meant to happen, then it will, but if it wasn’t, then it won’t.

Howay pet, you keep telling us your an astrophysicist, (a wee bit needy?). All innovation and change requires us to look at options and alternatives. Travel to the moon wasn’t tried and tested up to the point that they did it and no future societal development has been tried or tested. That’s the way it works.

The establishment of your dream world requires the understanding and implementation by a majority. That’s what makes it fundamentally different to all the other societal changes that have ever taken place.
