The EC is acting on misinformation and distortion from the Internet Committee. The same Mod1 said this of VIN Maratty but received no warning.You have not received permission to use the party logo. Yet you continue to use it? Is that sour grapes and nonsense? By continuing to use the logo you are deliberately misleading the working class that the video is a party production. It contains no diclaimer to this effect, neither does it state its your independent production. Thank you comrade but the EC has voted to continue with the ban. Vin appreciates your support but still has a battle on his hands and sadly it is not only with capitalism – fraternal greetings.
MOTION 7 (Skelly/McClellan): “That Cde V. Maratty be requested to remove the video from You Tube and that its circulation is ceased immediately.” AGREED 6-1-0 As Vin is banned from the forum by the EC, and EC members do not frequent the forum or respond to posts, he will need to prepare a response to the EC in writing and post it to his Secretary . The response should reach the EC table by at least the first sitting of the new EC.

Thanks Mod 2 but this thread is about CDE Vin Maratty , has over 4000 views and is a farce. It should never have been started and It should be brought to a rapid conclusion.
Upon further research and investigations : The good news is that the Intro Video has only one branded clip (Adam) which was filmed at head office. The other clips are unbranded and the rest of the Video is in the clear The bad news is the EC needs to urgently disassociate the party from this website and the party’s Youtube site as they are both packed with branded material and could possibly cause problems for us

Thanks for pointing that out Comrade. Members appear to be focused on one single video which is basically a compilation of videos ALREADY used by the party. ALREADY uploaded to party sites. Where do these members think Vin obtained the footage?From the SPGB! I don't know how many times this point has to be repeated before it sinks in.

This post does not belong here, and appears out of context. It has nothing to do with Executive Committee, it was a comment made under an article on the party's website
It was in the right place, I clicked 'comment' and it appeared here. After it appeared here someone removed the article and link. making it appear that my post was in the wrong place. My posting was then removed.I would appreciate an explanation of why anyone would do this?I repeat I did not post my comment here.
