I was aware of a forum done in yahoo. I tried to go there, but it was really terrible.i would like to have forum where all MSM people goes. I was joining this party also because it is international. we are less than 2000, as i know all over the word, it does not make sense to have more than one forum.in this case, the URL of this forum should NOT be http://www.worldsocialism.org/spgb/forum/, it should be http://www.worldsocialism.org/forum/
ciroParticipantI believe that the Zeitgeist movement is better than us in communication. In particular, they give the clear idea that they want really to do something and they have a clear idea about to change the word, while we give more the idea to be interested in a never ending debate about people of last 2 centuries. This is not so true. They are good in giving a first general idea that they want to change the word but, as you go more in detail, you only see confusion. While if you go more in detail with us, you discover good ideas and not so much confusion. Most important, Zeitgeist movement is not democratic. For this reason, I believe that it cannot grew too much and is condemned to be followed mostly by young people during the traditional period of their life where they are confused. And I am sure that, if they grew more, they are dangerous as not democratic. Given this, It is obvious that I believe that we should learn from them reg communication. For example, I believe we should five much more attention to this: http://www.worldsocialism.org/spgb/pamphlets/socialism-practical-alternative
ciroParticipantThanks you very much I am happy with your answer reg Marx/democracy: I had again very interesting things to read. Again, I am surprised reg how wise are socialists words and how few socialists there are in the word, that is really a pity. I see now that my question reg the countries to be involved in a socialist devolution is not on scope in this thread. Clearly, I agree that today socialism cannot be established only in one country now. Maybe to know if this was true also for Marx when he was writing would be interesting.
ciroParticipantThanks you very much gnome and ALB.from you link and text, I understand that Marx like us wanted direct democracy. But: what about our idea that we should take power with elections where this is possible, and the underlying idea that to establish socialism we need that a vast majority of people wants this? And what regarding our idea that nothing can be done in only one country, on the contrary we need at least all most avanced countries involved? Are those idea also in Marx?
ciroParticipantin Italy, we try to meet once a month via Skype.we are in 3, so this way is still possible for us.
