Binay Sarkar posted the following message on the facebook:
Abolition of the wages system
According to Marx, the worker furnishes surplus-value "without having the fair price of his commodity cut by even a farthing" (Capital, Vol. I). The whole product, including the surplus, "becomes the legitimate property of the capitalist" (ibid.). Indeed: "The time during which the worker works is the time during which the capitalist consumes the labour-power he has bought from him. If the worker consumes his disposable time for himself, he robs the capitalist." (ibid.). It is for this reason that Marx urged on the working class: "'At the same time, and quite apart from the general servitude involved in the wages system, the working class ought not to exaggerate to themselves the ultimate working of these everyday struggles. They ought not to forget that they are fighting with effects, but not with the causes of those effects; that they are retarding the downward movement, but not changing its direction; that they are applying palliatives, not curing the malady. They ought, therefore, not to be exclusively absorbed in these unavoidable guerilla fights incessantly springing up from the never ceasing encroachments of capital or changes of the market. They ought to understand that, with all the miseries it imposes upon them, the present system simultaneously engenders the material conditions and the social forms necessary for an economical reconstruction of society. Instead of the conservative motto, 'A fair day's wages for a fair day's work!" they ought to inscribe on their banner the revolutionary watchword, 'Abolition of the wages system!'" Indeed: "The time during which the worker works is the time during which the capitalist consumes the labour-power he has bought from him. Ten, Progress, Moscow, 1974, p. 224} – https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1867-c1/ch10.htm ……………………● This quote from Marx by Binay Sarkar, and nothing else, had infuriated Gorachand. For him a worker cannot rob a capitalist. Consequential cross arguments with Binay Sarkar, Pradip Singha and Sambhupada Nag led him to seek support for his disagreement with Marx. But all defended Marx. Then Gorachand left Marx to condemn B.Sarkar over phone talk to Sambhu. One doth the scathe and another hath the scorn! All on a sudden he sent his email on Wed 12/16/2015 6:38 PM asking, “Please repeal my membership from the party.”
Actually, this unilateral and unwarranted drastic action by Gorachand Paramanik cannot be considered as an inner-party feud simply because he remained no longer a part of the party; he had already ripped off his relation with the party, spitted against the party. It is this, only this very action that had signified his point of departure from the party. A case of self-expulsion indeed! It didn’t occur to him that according to the provision of our Party’s RULE 34 a member who likes to remain within the World Socialist Party (India) and the World Socialist Movement as a member has to undergo a participatory democratic procedure through comradely interaction before taking any such move. He didn’t care. Furthermore, in haste on 22 December 2015 he had resumed his own facebook page, which he had clandestinely kept dormant since rejoining the WSP (I) on 06/01/2015, his so-called ‘World Socialist’ as a ‘Public Group’. However, he has blocked Pradip Singha from entry into his facebook timeline having been embarrassed and scared of his misdeeds coming out due to Pradip’s questions. This demonstrates Gorachand’s practice of participatory democracy! Any doubt? Clearly, by his actions as stated above he has thrown himself outside the organizational purview of the WSP (I) and the WSM. Ruin seize thee! – Gorachand cracked whip on us. He hurled (22/12/2015) his 7 point dishonest and slanderous allegations against Binay Sarkar in particular and the Party in general.
Gorachand Paramanik has not only become an outsider but also was an enemy inside home; now he has expressly fallen into line with some of our Leninist adversaries concerning events which he didn’t witness; he wasn’t present there to see the outrageous attitudes of our political opponents. In a meeting at our HO Saroj Bose angrily stood up and shouted out against B. Sarkar when B. Sarkar was upholding Karl Marx’s Declaration of Principles of 1880 favouring universal suffrage. It compelled us, the participants, decide that he shouldn’t come to disrupt our meetings with his nagging proposition of the Leninist tactic of a vanguard-led violent seizure of power which he had been preaching on since about 17 years ago in many of our meetings he happened to have attended. It’s unnecessary and disturbing too; we aren’t going to accept violence anyway. In another meeting at Biswarup Chaudhury’s house (which was to be arranged that way because Chandan Debnath declined to meet at our party HO) Chandan Debnath was about to assault B.Sarkar when B. Sarkar was narrating Lenin’s cruel misdeeds (Kronstadt massacre, heinous execution of the Tsar’s family including family helps, etc.). In both the incidents as noted above B. Sarkar only compellingly defended our party’s positions. However, Gorachand Paramanik has now come out to defend those violence mongers, our Leninist adversaries, instead of extending comradely and principled organizational support to the party and its members embroiled in such disputes with such ruffians. As if we should submit to our opponents and accommodate them in our organization. Yet Gorachand is a ‘World Socialist’! Isn’t he?
As regards expulsions of Biswajit Santra and Sunil Pal the WSM remains fully informed of all details via our relevant EC minutes and Conference and AMM reports. In addition, Gorachand Paramanik was also a party to all those decisions. He did never oppose or protest anyway.
Regarding his accusation about financial “manipulation” by Binay Sarkar comrades should note that Binay Sarkar has no scope at all as such because the accounts of the WSP (I) are maintained by our Treasurer Pradip Singha and Auditor Biswarup Chaudhury.
Thus Gorachand Paramanik is accountable for his misdemeanour by our benchmark of Principle 7 and Rules 7 and 34.
Principle
7. That as all political parties are but the expression of class interests, and the interest of the working class is diametrically opposed to the interests of all sections of the master class, the party seeking working class emancipation must be hostile to every other party.
Rule
-
A member must not belong to any other political organization or to any religious body, or write or speak for any except for the ideas of the World Socialist Party (India), or render support to any movement (political, religious, etc.) in conflict with the OBJECT and PRINCIPLES of World Socialism.
DISCIPLINE

Any complaint of any member shall be lodged in writing in one’s own Branch and its copy forwarded to the member accused – who shall be allowed a month to respond. The Branch, then, shall hold a Special meeting within six weeks in all. If it involves different Branches, the complainer’s Branch shall pass information on to the respondent’s Branch for decision. A member may be suspended by simple majority and expelled by a two-thirds majority. Any decision shall have to be ratified by the EC. An expelled member shall have the right of appeal to the Party Conference or Membership / Delegate Meeting.

Arising from the EC minutes, the WSP (India) supplied the following correspondence with Cde Gorachand Paramanik -DOCUMENT 2 Gorachand’s hidden motive: Gorachand has been deceiving the Socialist Party of Great Britain and her sister parties since long past. Now again he is bent on deceiving the World Socialist Movement by hurling slanderous attacks against us – the World Socialist Party (India). His hidden motive is he wants Money.Some time ago he commented in a meeting at our HO that the SPGB possesses a huge amount of money. So his intention is clear: he has been keeping an eye on this money. He knows well that the SPGB and the companion parties of the WSM trust him. So he could get them believe his ploys against the WSP (I), as though they trust the WSP (I), their companion party any less. He calculates, once his allegations are accepted by SPGB in particular and the WSM in general, the WSP (I) will be thrown out of the WSM, and consequently his “World Socialist” group (comprising himself only) will be taken in as the alternative. Thus eventually he will be able to extract funds from the SPGB and other companion parties of the WSM for his personal use in the name of World Socialism. We was not present at the religious place, but the ceremony was religious.In this connection, I see that party never will grow, however, that is not my main aim, our aim should be spread of the socialist theories in the working class. When his question was against the irregularity of Biswarup Chowdhury at the business meetings, therefore, how does he collect the money from the party sympathizers ? and why the deficit is bringing ? No one wants to hesitate for expensing money for social revolution if he is a socialist minded. He has mentioned in the last EC minutes that he is born the pary’ deficit alone ! why ? as his manipulation. He is able to give the date when Harisadhan Ghosh’s last writings was published in the Calcutta dailies ? which is mentioned in every EC minutes ? Your involvement in wsm was wspi to world socialist group (gobardhan pur) to spgb to wspi to …..that means either you are motivated or disturbing the wsm. Organization is based on principles and rules. What's the anti- socialist activity of whom?Soroj Bose is anti-socialist. Repeatedly our organization informed him our stand point. We are using ballots, not bullets. But still he was arguing against it. So we are not allowing because he uses bullets not ballots. Gorachand Paramanik r you going to use bullets in your socalled movements? Gorachand's comments:I often said manipulation never helped anybody, and don't follow to your de-facto leader blindly.
