The US will also name a special envoy to Yemen, to put more pressure on the Saudis and Emiratis and the Houthi forces they are fighting, to make a lasting peace agreement.
———It’s the norm that countries are eager to sell their wares and do business deals in death.
Any new impetus by the new US administration, is better than that taken by the previous US administration’s stance on Yemen, and its ‘stance’ on warring factions elsewhere in the region, Syria? Let’s see what happens?
