A BURTON organisation is set to hold a talk about renaissance-man William Morris.
The Workers' Education Association's 'Something Different' talk takes place on Wednesday, February 3, when local speaker Sylvia Martin will be giving an illustrated and informative talk on 'the Life and Times of William Morris'. Morris had many strings to his bow, including being an artist, philosopher and political theorist, and was one of the most outstanding and influential designers of the arts and crafts movement. Talks are held at the Voluntary Services Centre, in Union Street, with fees being £4.50 per session, payable on the day:
