Some A to Z layout issues

The A to Z (A to Z) seems to be looking and working largely well, but some (maybe 20 or so) topic paragraphs are not starting on their own lines. For example

Thanks Norm for the feedback. It was a copy hurriedly taken from a web archive to get the ‘Education‘ section up and running, but Lew Higgins provided me with a better one which is now up, https://www.worldsocialism.org/spgb/publications/an-a-to-z-of-marxism/ along with a hopefully handy PDF Compendium version.
