Since the very beginning that the so called Bolivirian revolution and Hugo Chavez emerged on the political scene the Socialist Party analyzed the situation in a very correct manner, and we knew that it was just another reformist movement, and that Hugo Chavez was only a reformist left winger. In several forum I wrote indicating that the emerge of the so called Bolivarian revolution in Latin America would create more confusion and discrediting of the socialist movement because the main purpose of capitalism is to produce profits, it is not a system of charity, and socialism is not a system for rationing resources, on the contrary, must be based on a system of free access. The so called socialist government of Cuba has spent several decades rationing the needs of the human beings, and it is a country that has been blocked by the large capitalist producers for more than 50 years, and the excuse is the economical embargo, the reality is that socialism in one country is totally incorrect. It has to be a worldly system, and it is not an economical system.http://www.worldsocialism.org/spgb/education/depth-articles/economics/economists-not-planet The dogma of scarcity http://www.worldsocialism.org/spgb/hugo-chavez-revolutionary-socialist-or-leftwing-reformist Hugo Chavez, revolutionary socialist, or leftwing reformist PS By just mention Simon Bolivar we do know that it is only a nationalist movement, and Marx clearly indicated who was Simon Bolivar
