“Reuters is carrying some additional details on the allegation that both Ukrainian and Russian forces have mistreated prisoners of war during the conflict.Matilda Bogner, head of the UN’s OHCHR monitoring mission, told a Geneva press briefing that the “vast majority” of Ukrainian prisoners they interviewed held by Russian forces reported torture and ill-treatment.
She gave examples of dog attacks, electric shocks with Tasers and military phones and sexual violence.
She said the treatment was aimed at intimidating and humiliating them. One man in a penal colony near Olenivka told the team that members of Russian-affiliated armed groups “attached wires to my genitalia and nose and shocked me. Reports have come in of a missile strike just over the border into Poland. Russians are saying it was the Ukranians, Ukrannians saying it was the Russians. The one thing that no one is denying is that two members of the working class died.

Russia has not carried out any strikes against targets near the Polish-Ukrainian border, the defense ministry in Moscow said on Tuesday, following reports of a missile striking the village of Przewodow and killing two civilians.Some Western media outlets and politicians have claimed that Russia is responsible for the incident. The Soviets called Kulak to all peasants that did not support them or did not want to be part of the forced collectivization of lands, if they had two chickens they were called Kulak. The state became the farmer, Roosevelt nationalized huge extension of lands to be used for the war, similar capitalist process like the soviets
