I read about it in a small note in today's paper. This story resonates, in two ways. One, it's clearly 63 unworthy victims, if that had been caused by, say, ISIS it would have been top of the news agenda and we'd have heard about it.
But, it also shows the effects of war, it's not just the intentional killing, but the random mayhem and loss of life that follows, just because some curious people found a sack of bombs.
