Another sinister development. It appears from my reading that like the EDL, neo-nazis have infiltrated this supposed anti-Islam but also anti-immigrant movement. The numbers participating are ominiously growing.

This rise of the Right throughout Europe counters those who claim austerity and the reaction against it will result in growth of the Left. It seems that scapegoating is the easier option, particular when the mainstream parties and media provide the ammunition and aim the gun, leaving the extreme right only to pull the trigger. 

Despite the fact that our voice is a mere whimper, our blog has been regularly posting on immigration and related issues, offering information to use to argue against this right-wards march of certain workers.
