Feel free to add your own comments!i remember watching a tv documentary a long time ago that directed the blame more at Germany for the dissolution of Yugoslavia than the USA.Germany guaranteed Croatia support if it broke from Yugoslavia. Bosnian politicuans , because the balance of power in the federation, would now be in Serbia's hands, pleaded with Croatia to stay part of Yugoslavia but once Croatia went, Bosnia too had to secede which led to the civil war. i think many forget the role of other nations and it is too eay to assign fault just to America. Likewise, the F rench military incursions in Africa are more with their own foreign affairs agenda than buttressing America. But i don't want this to be read as a defence of America, just placing things in perspective !!
