I often point out that part of the the capitalist hegemony of culture is the dearth of documentaries, movies and plays on either Marx or Engels who both led note-worthy lives well deserving of coverage, compared with the inflated subjects Hollywood and TV usually resort to for their non-fiction.
When it comes to soppy stories of romantic films, Karl and Jenny, their relationship should be told…and of course, it has all the ingredients of a who-dunnit, too, in regards to Helene Demuth and son Fred.
I await a TV series…
