    This is worth a read. I  find him the Australian Chomsky. BTW Pilger's dad was in the IWW.

    He quotes Brian Walden who i always tried to watch on Sundays but never ever liked very much…but he hits it on the nail here if Pilger quotes him correct.

     

    “The two front benches liked each other and disliked their back benches,” he wrote. “We were children of the famous consensus … turning the opposition into government made little difference, for we believed much the same things.”
