Just discovered by accident that the French section of the Marxist Internet Archive has an article on the Futility of Reform, attributed to Jack Fitzgerald:

Actually, it is the unsigned editorial in the October 1904 Socialist Standard, though it may well have been written by Fitzgerald.
A curiosity is that it has been included in the section “Autres Auteurs” rather than “Autres Marxists”; which suggests that they don’t consider him a Marxist. Anyway he’s in the company of Emma Goldman, Stalin and Che Guevera.
No idea how it hit there but it explains our position well.
