Donald Trump is only a distraction while the real rulers are acting and obtaining what they really want, and they are working fast. The USA can not go into a trade war with China because they can be defeated in that war. The 21st century is the century of the Chinese capitalism, and the USA is an empire in retreat and decline, they can not kick butts like in the old days
May 31, 2018 at 12:42 pm #132155alanjjohnstoneKeymasterhttp://www.bbc.com/news/business-44306941EU leaders have a "gun held to their head" over the threat of US tariffs on steel imports, the head of trade body UK Steel has warned. Gareth Stace said the EU needed to impose safeguards to curb Chinese steel once destined for the US that will now be heading to Europe. "About 20 million tonnes of Chinese steel would need to "find a new home to go to and, because we are a free and open market here in the UK/the EU, it'll come here, we believe, and therefore further damage our sector – not only from the direct impact of tariffs in the US but the surge of steel coming here." The EU has already said it will respond by imposing tariffs on US products such as motorcycles and jeans.

Many peoples do not know that Cuba has made business deal with the USA farmers before Obama opened diplomatic relation with CubaMost farmers voted for Donald Trump but most of them employ Mexican workers to do the farming jobs, but the new tariff is going to hit them harder because Mexico and China are going to impose their own tariff on their products, and in 2019 the USA government is planning to reduce their subsidy. https://www.downsizinggovernment.org/agriculture/subsidies

Well, nationalism was not the cause of WW2, it was the rivalry between the capitalists to dominate the world market and the resources of the earth . Nationalism was the ideological vehicle that they used to obtain workers support and nowadays they are using the same tactics. Trump MAGA is the best example which is a slogan of Ronald Reagan and at the present time it is a tactic used by right wingers and left wingers China is already raising the flag of nationalism and national security like Canadá and the USA. The chicken law is an old tariff law implemented by the USA
