    Hello all

Do we have any literature around the economic and philosophical manuscripts i.e. a study guide or something similar?

At the moment, I was thinking about the money section in the third manuscript, but to be honest, anything related to EPM would be very welcome.

    Thanks

I  think the Socialist Party has not written extensively on  Marx  1844 EPM ( Paris Notebooks )  as it has been done by the Marxist Humanist

The old Aberdeen Group of the Party produced a document on Marx’s Economic and Political Manuscripts in the early 1970s. If anyone would like an electronic version of it, email Head Office at spgb [at] worldsocialism.org

It may have been because of publication of material but I recall alienation and the 1844 manuscripts were all the rage with the trendy left-wing sociologists in the early-mid 70s.

Thanks for all the replies. The Aberdeen group’s document sounds interesting. I’ll have a good look at the extracts that Marcos has posted. Once again, thanks to all of you.
