    Could an EC member please state on this forum why it has refused to appoint Comrade Vin Maratty onto the AV committee after his  nomination by West London Branch and previously by Kent Regional Branch and as I understand it  Nerb has also indicated that it intends to and is willing to nominate him.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

    Is this the action of an administrative committee?
