Having had to listen to Biden speak recently as over the Ukraine War I have my doubts that he really is the President ie where the buck stops. He seems so lethargic and just to be reading or saying what someone has prepared for him. He seems to be just a figurehead. So where does the buck stop? With Blinken the Secretary of State perhaps. He’s a boring speaker too who has to read everything he says but he seems more with it than poor old Biden.
Several USA personalities have indicated that he is not in control and can not govern anymore, and his age affects his capacity. The time of good USA presidential orators have vanished, the last one was Barrack Obama, and George Bush and Donald Trump has been the worst orators and public speakers
Without the Ukraine crisis, Biden’s popularity figures would be far lower than even the dismal ones showing now.
He doesn’t require a speech, merely soundbites for the Biden-friendly media to keep repeating.
