In Bible class, the techer tells the story of the good Samaritan. He then asks young Billy “Why did the priest and the merchant pass by on the other side without attending to the man who had fallen among thieves?”
Billy reflected for two or three minutes and then replied, “Because, sir, he had been robbed already.”
