FBI knew that white supremacists were going to attack the USA power grid if Trump lost the election

All the fallacies that were created about Donald Trump have been proven to be wrong, and we denounced all of them in this forum since the very beginning to a couple of Trumpists or US nationalists, but he has been able to create a religion and everybody is willing to kill and die for his personal god supported by more than 71 millions of peoples. It is going to take a long time to make an ideological exorcism

How are they going to move the Democratic Party toward the left? It is the opposite way, the Democratic Party is moving them toward the right, and the government of Joe Biden is not going to bring any progressive changes
January 6, 2021 at 10:49 pm #212160L.B. NeillParticipantTrump supporters Riot, storming Capital Building to ‘stop the steal’:
I was reminded of our friend LT who hinted at this kind of event happening. This is an anti-democratic moment based on a baseless mongering of stolen votes.
The actions of these ‘red baseball hatters’ begs incredulity towards facts-
The imagined centre position between the Democrat and the Republican has always swung from the right to left, and always averaged the set centre.
The tool of violent anti democratic action has been used in the belief it will ‘restore’ what they think is their version of their restoration of their democratic theft. Trump has weaponised alternative facts in a newer civil act of division- This reply was modified 3 years, 11 months ago by L.B. Neill.

I always found it a little ironic that a poster with the name Leon Trotsky should complain about a small minority overthrowing the outcome of a democratic electionJanuary 6, 2021 at 11:20 pm #212163L.B. NeillParticipantBijou Drains,
Irony that points to vanguardism. Who first came up with the 2-3% number for a vanguard… seems that left/right centre is not far from each other at all!January 7, 2021 at 2:48 am #212170james19ParticipantMight be off topic? I came across a Twitter discussion, viewing the replies one was ironic. I didn’t think to like/copy it?
I don’t remember exactly what the authors tweet was…but a reply was barbed, it said:“if you don’t like American you are free to leave”.
This was the reply:
“If you wish to renounce (US) citizenship, it costs $2,350”
Found a US government link for this. And yes it is correct!
January 7, 2021 at 4:01 am #212171alanjjohnstoneKeymasterI think the recent events at the Capitol, DC, indicate who are the real threat to the US electoral process and it isn’t antifa or BLM.
January 7, 2021 at 6:48 am #212174L.B. NeillParticipantIrony is my take home word of the day.
MAGA sees BLM actions as a threat.
MAGA uses those same BLM actions in a perceived threat.
… But MAGA does it at a level that disrupts democracy.
MAGA is a pot and kettle unto itself.James19- is it cheaper to sell than it is to buy? Citizenship listings on the stock market must be considered…

January 7, 2021 at 7:03 am #212176ALBKeymasterObviously BLM is not a threat to elections — it’s a simple expression of the view that all humans should be treated equally. Antifa, on the other hand, is another matter. They are openly contemptuous of the electoral process abd would love to have been able to mount a stunt like this. The only trouble from their point of view is that they have far less support and no police sympathy than the Trumpists.
Heads are no doubt going to roll over this, even perhaps of the deranged monomaniac himself. But millions throughout the world will be experiencing a feeling of schadenfreude at seeing the self image of the US state as a beacon and bastion of democratic practice tarnished. A bit of a taste of their own medicine after encouraging those favourable to their interests to do the same in the Ukraine and applauding the storming of the Hong Kong legislature. Reduced to the same level of any tinpot African state where the losers traditionally cry “fraud” and “stolen election”.
January 7, 2021 at 10:48 am #212178AnonymousInactiveNow, the president of the USA can not talk about the banana republic or the shithole countries. Chickens have come home to roost. It is lamentable that one member of the working class has died defending their own ruling elite
January 7, 2021 at 2:47 pm #212192james19ParticipantBreaking-
Trump blocked by Twitter and Facebook https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-55569604January 7, 2021 at 7:39 pm #212203AnonymousInactiveIt was not a fascist coup as some left-wingers are propagating, fascists and fascism do not exist any longer and we are not living under 1930 Germany and Italy, when capitalism was not fully developed, most of those organizations do not understand what fascism really was. The December issue of the Socialist Standard explain what was going to take place under the government of Trump
January 7, 2021 at 8:08 pm #212205DJPParticipantCapitalism was not fully developed in 1930s Germany? Strange idea to have.
There’s already been other attempts at seizing federal buildings by right-wing extremists in the US. There seems to be a certain level of complicity towards them within the police forces. So why presume they’re unable to get more organised in the future?
