[edit] I've switched to putting my results into a google document. at
it's just easier to work with google docs and I feel google docs are more conducive to communistic practices of a classless society (no mods, everyone is a mod) and more open transparency (everyone can see and even edit my ideas in a google doc).
FOR REFERENCE HERE'S A COPY OF THE BASE FORM in case I find it's easier to cut and paste from one comment to another in SPGB forums intstead of copying from a google doc into an SPGB forum. Also maybe SPGB mods and leadership decides they don't approve of using google docs for some reason, this will the be SPGB owned location for survey results of my comments. I didn't really see a good place in the hieracy of SPGB forums for this kind of reference document that I expect will see a lot of comment postings by me as I update it with new survey results so that's another reason I'm going to be using the google docs as a first choice. I think If I keep adding to this document everytime someone completes a survey about my comments it will rise to the top of the list of threads in the group and annoy people who recognize it doesn't belong at the top of the list just because I'm adding to it so frequently. Also I think there's some rule in this forum about not posting several commments over and over again.
Lets act like communist! Even if the world isn't communist we can show by our actions how communist believe in acting. . . Here's my strategy. I'm practicing surveys which are an important part of communism. From now on, whenever I make a comment on this website or start a thread, I'm including a request for a response on the value of my comment or thread and I'm trying to make sure I don't exploit your time with worthless discussion too. Here's my cut and paste template for the survey I intend to put a the bottom of all my posts.
Please consider replying to my comment with this survey. I realize it's more time and effort for you to reply in this format but in return I promise to spend an equal amount of time and effort in any reasonable way that pleases you. You can cut and paste this part below into your response and edit it for convenience.
1) Was this information of value to you?
( YES or NO )
if yes, do you want to consider my time spent to get you this information as fair value for your time reading it and considering it
(YES or NO).2) How much of your time did you spend on considering the information I wrote and completing this survey to get it back to me?
_______ minutes.3) How would you like me to use the time?

p.s. you can find the completed copies of this survey and how my time debt was budgeted and used for these comments as a running total at the discussion thread in the off-topic . You're personal information will not be shared, but ALL legally publishable comments and suggestions for use of my time will be published at the URL so please don't include anything in a comment you want to keep private.

"Holacracy defines the organization as ”an entity that exists beyond the people, with its own purpose to enact and with work to do beyond just serving the people doing that work” (p. 148). This is also why Holacracy isn’t a governance process ”of the people, by the people, for the people”, but ”of the organization, through the people, for the purpose” (p. 34). Holacracy differentiates ”between the human community and the organizational entity” (p. 149)and between the ”role and soul” (pp. 42–46). To summarize, ”Holacracy’s systems and processes are about continually helping the organization find its own unique identity and structure to do its work in the world, while protecting it from human agendas, egos, and politics.” (p. 199). Still, the organization needs human beings to energize and enact all its roles."https://www.amazon.co.uk/Holacracy-Management-System-that-Redefines/dp/0241205859/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&sr=8-2&qid=1425395875In a socialist society there will be no differentiates ”between the human community and the organizational entity” (p. 149). Indeed without the human community the organisation is a non-entity.
