4. 15^th June Adam Buick was sent email that Party’s Socialist Standards be reduced. (including 1 for J Ryder and 1 for Auckland Branch)

GENERAL BUSINESS:

5. M Grayson suggested we disband the Party as we are not getting new membership. Other members voted to continue Party.

6. Cleo Matene resigned from Party. Chris Malins offers to become Secretary. Members voted and agreed.

7. Maurice put forward motion that we supply Secretary with computer to type minutes of meetings , etc.

8. Maurice to price new laptop and printer and we will discuss internet access at next General Meeting.

9. Trevor suggests we send Cleo a thankyou letter for all the great work she has done for the Party. Chris said he will take care of that on behalf of members.

10. Suggested we combine both GAC and Auckland Branch – vote was unamimous.
