PREVIOUS MINUTES/ERRORS & OMISSIONS/MOVE & ACCEPT:

1.       Previous minutes read.  C Matene moved the minutes be accepted, 2^nd M Grayson.  Previous minutes accepted.

DISCUSSION ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:          None.

MOTIONS OF WHICH NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN:              None.

CORRESPONDENCE INWARD & OUTWARD:

1.       Socialist Party of Canada – newsletter for January received via email.

2.       Socialist Party of India – minutes of monthly meeting & announcement of Spring School & Conference for 2015.

3.       Binay Sarkar – thought provoking images received via email, inviting captions and discussion.

RATIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP FORMS:         None.

REPORTS OF SUB-COMMITTEES:                        None.

TREASURER’S REPORT& ACCOUNTS TO BE PRESENTED:

1.       Treasurer’s report presented.  Correction made:  Total Cash Assets actually $61,776.  Socialist Standards paid up to November 2014.  December, January & February outstanding.  M Gribble moved the treasurer’s report be accepted after correction made, 2^nd M Grayson.  Treasurer’s report accepted.

LITERATURE SECRETARY’S REPORT:

1.       January Socialist Standards have not arrived yet, so there are no current journals to send to subscribers.  Contacted SPGB, no address on mailing label to WSPNZ.  Journals posted again.

NEW NOTICES OF MOTION:                None.

GENERAL BUSINESS:

1.       Discussion on insurance at HQ.   

2.       Consider connecting internet & phone at HQ. Members to look into telephone/internet prices and package deals.
