Meeting held via mobile telephone at 51 Weymouth Road, Manurewa and 15 Tanera Crescent, Wellington

OPEN:                                   2:30pm.

                                                (Supporters) G Coffey, C Malins, J Ryder.

APOLOGIES:                       None.

PREVIOUS MINUTES/ERRORS & OMISSIONS/MOVE& ACCEPT:

1.       Correction to previous minutes correspondence: email received regarding Lawrence Leight.  M Grayson sent email to Karla Rab, in response to the email received.

2.       M Gribble moved the previous minutes be accepted after corrections made, 2^nd C Matene, previous minutes accepted.

DISCUSSION ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:

1.       Need to contact internet committee.

MOTIONS OF WHICH NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN:  None.

CORRESPONDENCE INWARD & OUTWARD:

1.       Socialist Party of Canada – newsletter for December received via email.

2.       Socialist Party of India – minutes of recent monthly meeting received.

3.       C Matene moved the correspondence be accepted, 2^nd G Coffey, correspondence accepted.

REPORTS OF SUB-COMMITTEES:                 None.

TREASURER’S REPORT & ACCOUNTS TO BE PRESENTED:

1.       Treasurer’s report presented.  Looking into options to send funds to the SPGB electronically or continue sending bank cheques.  M Gribble moved the treasurer’s report be accepted, 2^nd C Matene, treasurer’s report accepted.

LITERATURE SECRETARY’S REPORT:

1.       November& December Socialist Standards are ready to be posted to subscribers.

NEW NOTICES OF MOTION:  None.

GENERAL BUSINESS:

1.       Dates for GAC meetings in 2015 are as follows: 1^st February, 1^st March, 5^th April, 3^rd May, 7^th June, 5^th July, 2^nd August, 6^th September, 4^th October, 1^st November, 6^th December.

NEXT MEETING:                                                Sunday 1^st February 2015.
