According to this, TUSC and the Trotskyist group behind it are planning to contest 100 seats in next May's General Election (as opposed to Left Unity's dozen or so):
We're bound to clash with them somewhere (but bring it on). Since they will lose their deposit eveywhere, that's £50,000 straighaway. It will be interesting to see if RMT, now it's got a new general secretary who used to sit on the Labour Party's NEC, will continue to pour its members funds down this drain.
