Although the same study found in large groups, tokens did help co-operation. this is interesting in two ways, because, firstly, it shows how co-operation within a team is not financial. Also, it shows that the tokens do not need to be circulating commodity currency, but perhaps we could co-ordinate with other token games between wider sections of society.
