A man is on a soap box and he shouts to the crowd:
“The Prime Minister is a lying, conniving, two-faced warmonger….”
Two policemen emerge from the crowd and go to arrest him. The man says “Why are you arresting me?”
One of the policemen says “you just insulted Prime Minister Cameron”
