“the Congress for Cultural Freedom which existed from 1950 to 1967. The secret mission of the organization was to promote cultural propaganda in Western Europe to keep it from going communist. The idea was to make it seem that the cultural criticism of communism coming from the West about the Soviet Union was a spontaneous irruption, rather than stage-managed. The CIA poured tens of millions of dollars into this project.”
Another conspiracy theory, or something with an element of truth (but don’t all conspiracies rely on a seed of reality to be credible)

Although it raises some interesting points, it is still in the end, an essay in mourning for the anti-imperialist mass Leninist Party
