    Comrades

I learnt earlier today of the death at the age of 89 of our Comrade Frank Simkins of South London Branch. He had been a stalwart member of the branch for many years and will be sadly missed.

Following the onset of dementia Frank had moved to live in a nursing home in Bedford to be nearer to family members.

His funeral will take place in Bedford on June 25th. Further details will be posted when they become available.

Very sorry to hear this sad news.  Frank was a lovely human being and a committed socialist.  Sincerest condolences to family and friends.

Sorry to read about Frank’s passing. He was a good bloke, always happy to chat and discuss ideas.

If you didn’t know, he was the SPGB’s parliamentary candidate in Clapham at the 1970 General Election.
